Our Work

At Gen-All, our mission is powered by action. Through a diverse range of initiatives, we work to drive meaningful change across generations and systems. Our work spans four core areas: Practice & Programmes, Research & Innovation, Policy & Advocacy, and Network & Community, each playing a vital role in creating more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable futures.

Explore how these pillars come together to shape impact, influence policy, and empower communities worldwide.

Practice & Programmes

We design, deliver and support intergenerational programmes that bring people of different ages together in meaningful ways. Grounded in relationship-based practice, our work supports learning, wellbeing and community connection across diverse settings and contexts.

Policy & Advocacy

We work with policymakers, practitioners and partners to ensure intergenerational perspectives inform policy, strategy and funding decisions. Our advocacy focuses on creating the conditions for intergenerational approaches to thrive at local, national and global levels.

Research & Innovation

We generate, curate and collaborate on research that strengthens the intergenerational field. Through innovation and reflective inquiry, we explore what works, why it works and how practice can evolve to meet changing social needs.

Network & Community

We nurture a growing global network of practitioners, researchers, organisations and advocates committed to intergenerational change. Through shared learning, collaboration and collective voice, we strengthen the field and support communities to learn from one another.
